The data conversion process converts your data from Cornerstone to ezyVet. It is important that you know how practice configuration data is converted into ezyVet. For example, it is important that you know how the data conversion process converts revenue centers.

Cornerstone data	Can convert?	Notes
Calendars.	Yes	After the data conversion process is completed, ezyVet makes calendar resource records. The image that follows shows examples of configured calendar resource records in ezyVet:
Integrations with other software.	No	The data conversion process cannot convert integrations with other software. But if ezyVet has the same integration, a practice manager can configure the same integration again. Note: For more information about ezyVet integrations, refer to About integrations.
Reminders.	Yes	The data conversion process can only convert reminders for vaccinations. But a practice manager use ezyVet to make reminders for other standards of care. The image that follows shows examples of configured reminders in ezyVet:
Physical exam observations.	No	The data conversion process cannot convert the observations records for physical exams. The equivalent feature in ezyVet is a clinical template with a picklist. Note: For more information about clinical templates and picklists, refer to Configure a clinical template to use a picklist.
Patient advisor setup.	No	The data conversion process cannot convert the patient advisor setup. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature.
Revenue centers.	Yes	The data conversion process converts revenue centers. The data conversion process automatically makes a department record for each revenue center: Note: If a Cornerstone site uses more than one revenue center, the data conversion process cannot convert only one revenue of the site. The data conversion process must convert each revenue center.

The descriptions of inventory locations.	Yes	The data conversion process converts the descriptions of inventory locations. After the data conversion process is complete, the Name box shows description of the inventory location:
Cost centers.	No	The data conversion process cannot convert cost centers. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature to Cornerstone cost centers.
Adjustment reasons.	No	The data conversion process cannot convert adjustment reasons.
