Data conversion information for Cornerstone: Data of staff user accounts

The data conversion process converts your data from Cornerstone to ezyVet. It is important that you know how data of staff user accounts is converted into ezyVet. For example, it is important that you know how the data conversion process converts registration numbers of staff members.

Staff user accounts.YesThe data conversion process converts records of staff user accounts. After the data conversion process is complete, ezyVet automatically makes ezyVet user accounts for staff members. The image that follows shows examples of configured staff user accounts in ezyVet:

The Staff ID box
YesThe data conversion process converts the Staff ID of staff user accounts. After the data conversion process is complete, the Login Name (Your Email Address) box shows the Staff ID.

Note: The data conversion process automatically adds @ezyvet.com to the staff ID.
The status of staff user accounts.
The Status box
YesThe data conversion process converts the status of staff user accounts. If the record of the staff user account has the Active status in Cornerstone, the data conversion process converts the staff user account.
If the record of the staff user account has the Inactive status in Cornerstone, the data conversion process:
  • Converts the record of the staff user account
  • Automatically disables the record of the staff user account
The classification of staff user accounts.
The Classification box
NoThe data conversion process cannot convert the classification of staff user accounts. An ezyVet staff user account does not have an equivalent setting.
The title of staff user accounts.
The Title box
NoThe data conversion process cannot convert the title of staff user accounts. An ezyVet staff user account does not have an equivalent setting.
The names of staff user accounts.
The First box, the MI box, and the Last box
YesThe data conversion process converts the names of staff user accounts. After the data conversion process is complete, the Name box shows the names of staff user accounts:The Name box
Note: The data conversion process cannot convert the middle names of staff user accounts.
The addresses of staff user accounts.
The Address boxes
NoThe data conversion process cannot convert the address of staff user accounts. You cannot use an ezyVet user account to record the address of a staff member. If it is necessary to record the address of a staff member, you can make a staff contact record.
The license numbers of staff user accounts.
The License # box
YesThe data conversion process converts the license numbers of staff user accounts. After the data conversion process is complete, the Registration Number box of an ezyVet user account shows the license number of the staff member:

YesThe data conversion process converts the DEA numbers of staff user accounts. After the data conversion process is complete, the DEA Registration Number box of an ezyVet user account shows the DEA registration number:

Phone numbers of staff user accounts.

NoThe data conversion process cannot convert phone numbers of staff user accounts. After the data conversion process is complete, a practice manager can use the Mobile Number box to record the phone number of the staff member:The Mobile Number box

NoThe data conversion process cannot convert the user defined prompts of staff user accounts. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature.
Notes of staff user accounts.

NoThe data conversion process cannot convert notes of a staff user account. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature.
Signatures of staff user accounts.
The Signature section
NoThe data conversion process cannot convert signatures of staff user accounts. After the data conversion process is complete, you can add a signature to a staff member's ezyVet user account:
