Data conversion information for Cornerstone: Appointment data

The data conversion process converts your data from Cornerstone to ezyVet. It is important that you know which appointment data is converted into ezyVet. For example, it is important that you know how the data conversion process converts Cornerstone appointment types.

The Description box
YesThe data conversion process converts the description of a reason for visit record. After the data conversion process is complete, the Name box of an ezyVet appointment type record shows the data of the Description box:The Name box

The Usual amount box
NoThe data conversion process cannot convert the data of the Usual amount box. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature.
The color of the appointment.The Appt color boxNoThe data conversion process cannot convert the color of the reason for visit record. After the data conversion process is complete, a practice manager can change the color of an appointment type.

The primary staff members of reason for visit records.The Performed by boxNoThe data conversion process cannot convert the data of the Performed by box. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature.
The length of time of reason for visit records.The Number of units settingYesThe data conversion process can convert the length of time of the reason for visit record. After the data conversion is complete, the Default length in minutes box shows the length of time of the appointment type:
The configuration of the Dr/Asst Time setting.The Dr/Asst Time settingNoThe data conversion process cannot convert the data of the Dr/Asst Time box. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature.
Alert notes.The Alert note boxNoThe data conversion process cannot convert the data of the Alert note box. After the data conversion is complete, a practice manager can configure communication tasks to automatically send documents to clients after you schedule an appointment.

The configuration of the Referral Recheck setting.The Referral Recheck settingNoThe data conversion process cannot convert the configuration of the Referral Recheck setting. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature.
The configuration of the Inpatient setting.The Inpatient settingNoThe data conversion process cannot convert the configuration of the Inpatient setting. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature.
Patient check-in and check-out documents.The Patient check-in/out documents sectionNoThe data conversion process cannot convert documents related to a reason for visit. After the data conversion is complete, a practice manager can configure documents to show on the calendar shortcut menu. Then staff can use the calendar shortcut menu to quickly and easily print the necessary documents.

Secondary reasons for visits.

NoThe data conversion process cannot convert secondary reasons for visits. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature.
Practice hours.

NoThe data conversion cannot convert practice hours. After the data conversion process is complete, a practice manager can configure planning guides.

YesThe data conversion process converts rooms. The equivalent feature in ezyVet is a calendar resource. After the data conversion process is complete, ezyVet automatically makes calendar resource records:
