Product types
After your ezyVet site gets access to the simplified product configuration pilot feature, all product records must have a product type.
Product types for new product records
When you make a product record, you must select a product type. To make an ezyVet product record, select New product in the Products screen. After you select New product, ezyVet shows the Select product type dialog box:
In the Select product type dialog box, select one of these product types:
- Single product
- Bundled products
- Service fee
Note: Select Bundled products to configure the product record as one of these record types:
- Product bundle
- Product package
- Product container
Important: After you select a product type, you cannot change it. If you accidentally selected an incorrect product type, you must make a different product record that has the correct product type.
