About the Dispense Status and Dispense Urgency columns
Medication records show a Dispense Status column and Dispense Urgency column. The Dispense Status column gives the status of a medication dispense. The Urgency column gives the urgency of a medication dispense.
The available dispense statuses that you can select are:
- Online
- Phone
- In Person
- Awaiting Prescription
- Awaiting Dispense
- Awaiting Collection
- Complete
- Cancelled
- None
The available dispense urgencies that you can select are:
- Low
- Normal
- High
- Critical
Note: The available statuses and urgencies give a visual identification only. If you change
a status or urgency, it does not change the condition of the medication record.
