ezyVet can automatically send you memos when it receives diagnostic test results. The memos help you to know when patients have diagnostic results. But if necessary, you can stop the memos.

1. In the quick links area, select the user account button.
   
2. Select Manage Account.
   
   ezyVet shows your user account settings.
3. Select Advanced Settings.
   
4. Go to the Memo Settings section.
   
5. To stop memos of diagnostic test results, set Receive Memos for Diagnostic Results to None.
   
6. To stop memos for results of supplied diagnostic tests, set Receive Memos for Integrated Diagnostic Results to None.
   
7. Select Save.
