Memo settings for diagnostic results
ezyVet has two settings that you can use to start or stop the memos of diagnostic test results and diagnostic imaging results.

The Receive Memos for Diagnostic Results setting
The Receive Memos for Diagnostic Results settings controls if ezyVet sends memos for the results of site diagnostics tests. A site diagnostic test is a diagnostic test that a person manually configures and that is not from a diagnostics integration.
The Receive Memos for Integrated Diagnostic Results setting
The Receive Memos for Integrated Diagnostic Results setting controls if ezyVet sends memos for the results of integrated diagnostic tests. An integrated diagnostic test is available directly in ezyVet from a diagnostics integration.
The Receive Memos for Integrated Diagnostic Results setting has a Final option. The Final option is applicable to a diagnostic test that has initial results and a final result. If you select Final, ezyVet sends a memo only for the final result of the diagnostic test. ezyVet does not send a memo for the initial results.
A staff member selects a Culture and Sensitivities diagnostic test in a clinical record. The Culture and Sensitivities diagnostic test has a test for culture and a test for sensitivities. The staff member sends a diagnostic test request to the diagnostics supplier.
When the diagnostics supplier completes the culture diagnostic test, they send the diagnostic result to ezyVet. But ezyVet does not send a memo to the staff member. When the diagnostics supplier completes the sensitivities diagnostic test, they send the diagnostic result to ezyVet. Because the completed sensitivities diagnostic test is the final result of the selected Culture and Sensitivities diagnostic test, ezyVet sends a memo to the staff member.
