Remove a vaccination from an invoice (clinical record method)

If you add a vaccination to a clinical record, ezyVet automatically adds a related line item to the applicable invoice. If you remove the vaccination from the clinical record, ezyVet automatically removes the related line item.

  • Make sure that you have the Clinical > Vaccinations > Vaccination > Disable/Restore permission
  • Make sure that the applicable invoice is unapproved
Note: This method is only applicable if you added the vaccination to the clinical record initially. If you added the vaccination to the invoice initially, you cannot use this method.
To use a source clinical record to remove a vaccination line item from an invoice, do this procedure.
  1. Select Clinical.
    The Clinical tab
  2. Open the applicable clinical record.
  3. Select Medical.

  4. Select Vaccinations.

  5. In the Vaccinations section, find the applicable vaccination record.
  6. Select the disable button.

  7. Select Disable.

  • Disables the vaccination record
  • Removes the line item from the related invoice
