Remove a vaccination from an invoice (clinical record method)
If you add a vaccination to a clinical record, ezyVet automatically adds a related line item to the applicable invoice. If you remove the vaccination from the clinical record, ezyVet automatically removes the related line item.
- Make sure that you have the permission
- Make sure that the applicable invoice is unapproved
Note: This method is only applicable if you added the vaccination to the clinical record
initially. If you added the vaccination to the invoice initially, you cannot use
this method.
- Select Clinical.
- Select Medical.
- Select Vaccinations.
- In the Vaccinations section, find the applicable
vaccination record.
- Select the disable button.ezyVet shows a confirmation pop-up window.
- Select Disable.ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
- Disables the vaccination record
- Removes the line item from the related invoice
