Remove a medication from an invoice (clinical record method)

If you add a medication to a clinical record, ezyVet automatically adds a related line item to the applicable invoice. If you remove the medication from the clinical record, ezyVet automatically removes the related line item.

  • Make sure that your use account has the Clinical > Diagnostics and Treatments > Medication > Disable/Restore permission
  • Make sure that the applicable invoice is unapproved
Note: This method is only applicable if you added the medication to the clinical record initially. If you added the medication to the invoice initially, you cannot use this method.
To use a source clinical record to remove a medication line item from an invoice, do this procedure.
  1. Select Clinical.
    The Clinical tab
  2. Open the applicable clinical record.
  3. Select Medical.
    The Medical tab
  4. Select Diagnostics and Treatments.

    Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Diagnostics and Treatments button, select View By Group:

  5. In the Medication section, find the applicable medication record.
  6. Select the disable button.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation pop-up window.
  7. Select Disable.

  • Disables the medication record
  • Removes the line item from the related invoice
