Remove a medication from an invoice (clinical record method)
If you add a medication to a clinical record, ezyVet automatically adds a related line item to the applicable invoice. If you remove the medication from the clinical record, ezyVet automatically removes the related line item.
- Make sure that your use account has the permission
- Make sure that the applicable invoice is unapproved
Note: This method is only applicable if you added the medication to the clinical record
initially. If you added the medication to the invoice initially, you cannot use this
method.
- Select Clinical.
- Select Medical.
- Select Diagnostics and Treatments.Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Diagnostics and Treatments button, select View By Group:
- In the Medication section, find the applicable
medication record.
- Select the disable button.ezyVet shows a confirmation pop-up window.
- Select Disable.ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
- Disables the medication record
- Removes the line item from the related invoice
