Clients receive a bounce message after they send a reply to an email

Do this troubleshooting if clients receive a bounce message after they send a reply to an email that ezyVet sends initially.

The clients use Gmail accounts to send replies

The cause of the bounce message is the configuration of Gmail's systems.To prevent the bounce message, a practice manager can configure an ezyVet email template with information that is applicable to Gmail. As a result, clients who use Gmail can send a reply.

Configure a dedicated email template

A practice manager or a person with the necessary permissions.

Do the procedure given in Configure an email template for clients who use Gmail.
