Add an image to a document template

To use an image in a document template, add the applicable template image to the document template. ezyVet shows the image in documents that staff use the template to make.

  • Make sure that your ezyVet site has the applicable template image
  • Make sure that you know how to open and change ezyVet templates
To add an image, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

  3. Select Template Images.

    ezyVet shows the configured template images of your site.
  4. Select the applicable template image.

  5. Right-click the preview of the image, then select Copy link address.

  6. Find and open the applicable ezyVet document template.

  7. Select the image button.

  8. In the URL box, paste the information of step 5 that you copied.
  9. Select OK.

The document template has the image. Continue to add the remaining applicable content to the template. Then, save it.
