Practice managers can configure a document template to show staff signatures in documents that staff use the template to make. Examples of applicable documents include certificates, prescriptions, and clinical summaries. To show signatures, a practice manager configures a document template to use an applicable template variable.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Templates.
   
3. Select Document Templates.
   
   ezyVet shows the configured document templates of your site.
4. Select the applicable document template.
   
   ezyVet shows the template editing screen.
5. Put the applicable template variable in the document.

   This table gives information about the applicable template variables:

   Variable	Function
   {UserSignatureImage}	Shows the signature image of a person's ezyVet user account.
   {VetUserSignatureImage}	Shows the signature image of the veterinarian when you print a document from a clinical record.
