About removal of an incorrect organization logo

ezyVet can automatically add your organization logo to documents and email messages. Before ezyVet can add the logo, a practice manager must upload it to ezyVet's system settings. If you are a practice manager and you accidentally upload an incorrect logo, you cannot remove it directly. But you can use alternative methods to get almost the same result.

You could upload an image that has full transparency and no content. The image that you upload replaces the initial incorrect image. Thus, ezyVet continues to have an image but the image does not show in documents and email messages.

You could upload an image that as no content and dimensions of 1 × 1 pixel. Because the image is very small and it replaces the initial incorrect image, the result is the same as removal of the incorrect image.

Note: To make the images that you can use to correct the problem, use an image editing app. If necessary, speak to your IT team.
