Appointment address selection for new appointments

You can select a client appointment address when you make an appointment.

The appointment address can have a distance value. ezyVet uses the distance value to automatically calculate travel billing.
Note: For more information about the distance value, refer to the documentation about address distances.

You can configure ezyVet to automatically show client address and travel billing information for a related appointment type. For example, a practice manager can configure the Consult appointment type to always show client addresses and travel billing. And they can also configure the Grooming appointment type to not show this information. This gives practice managers good control over the information to show for different appointment types.

ezyVet has three settings that control client address and travel billing information for appointments. You can access the settings in the applicable appointment type. Example of travel billing settings for appointments shows a consultation appointment type as an example. The applicable settings are highlighted, and Travel billing settings gives information about each setting.
