Scenarios for travel billing settings

Appointment address selection for new appointments gives information about ezyVet travel billing settings. It is possible to use the settings in four different scenarios to calculate travel charges for clients. Each scenario and the related result is given as follows.

Fixed travel billing only

  1. You enter a Fixed Travel Fee Product value.
  2. You do not enter a Variable Travel Fee Product value.
  3. You do not enter a Minimum Fee value.

Result: ezyVet only uses the Fixed Travel Fee Product value to calculate the travel charges that show on the invoice.

Variable travel billing only

  1. You enter a Variable Travel Fee Product value.
  2. You do not enter a Fixed Travel Fee Product value.
  3. You do not enter a Minimum Fee value.

Result: ezyVet uses the Variable Travel Fee Product value multiplied by the appointment address distance value to calculate the travel charge that shows on the invoice.
