Make an appointment type for general meetings

An appointment type for general meetings usually does not have a mandatory client record, patient record, and clinical record.

To make the appointment type, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select Appointment Types.
    The Appointment Types setting
    ezyVet shows a New Appointment Type screen.
  4. In the Name box, enter a name for the appointment type.
    Enter General staff meetings
  5. Set Needs a client to NO.
    The Needs a clinical record setting
  6. Make other settings as necessary.
  7. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
    A Record Saved Successfully message
ezyVet has the appointment type. When staff make an appointment that uses the appointment type, it is not necessary to select a client record, patient record, and clinical record,
