Make an appointment type

All sites have an initial set of appointment types. If necessary, a practice manager can make an appointment type that is applicable to the type of work that their organization does.

Read Configuration settings for appointment types and make sure that you know about appointment type settings.
To make a appointment type, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select Appointment Types.

    ezyVet shows a New Appointment Type screen.
  4. In the Name box, enter a name for the appointment type.
  5. Make settings as necessary.
  6. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
    A Record Saved Successfully message
ezyVet has the new appointment type. Staff can select it when they make an appointment or when they make changes to an appointment.
