A practice manager can change the quantity of ezyVet Go licenses that an organization has.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Integration.
   
   ezyVet shows a New Integration Setting screen.
3. Select Integrations.
   
   The left sidebar shows the configured integrations of your ezyVet site.
4. Find and select the applicable ezyVet Go integration.
   ezyVet shows an API Partner (ezyVet Go) record tab with integration settings.
5. In the the Allowed Users section, select Change.
   
   ezyVet shows a Billing record tab with a Software as a Service Billing section.
6. At the end of the ezyVet Go row of the Software as a Service Billing section, select Change.
   
   ezyVet shows a Change ezyVet Go License dialog box.
7. Select the necessary number of ezyVet Go licenses. Then select Continue.
   
   ezyVet shows a Confirm ezyVet Go License Change dialog box, which shows the license information and cost.

   Note: To read the license information, select the Terms and Conditions link. Make sure that you read the information carefully.
8. Select I Accept the Terms and Conditions, then select Confirm.
   ezyVet shows the Software as a Service Billing section again. The section shows the changed license number.

   Note: If the section does not show the changes, right-click the Billing record tab and select Refresh:
   
   
9. Select the API Partner (ezyVet Go) record tab.
   
10. In an empty User box of the Allowed Users section, select the staff member who will use ezyVet Go.
    
    Note: If ezyVet does not show an empty User box, right-click the API Partner (ezyVet Go) record tab and select Refresh.
11. Select Save.
