The Appointment Summary button of the Overview screen

Select the Appointment Summary button of the Overview screen to show information about the appointment.

The image and table that follow give each area and related function of the Appointment Summary section of the Overview screen:

NumberFunction
1The Reason for Appointment box. Use it to enter information about why the appointment is necessary.
2The Primary Resource* box. Use it to select the veterinarian of the appointment.
3The Additional Resources* box. Use it to select other staff or equipment for the appointment.
4The Appointment Type* box. Use it to select an applicable appointment type.
5The configured billing triggers of the selected appointment type. You can:
  • Change the quantity of billing triggers
  • Add more billing triggers
6The date of the appointment.
7Use Start Time* to select the scheduled start time of the appointment.

Use the Finish Time* box to select the scheduled end time of the appointment.

8The Presenting Problems box. Use it to identify information about the patient's initial symptoms.
