You can quickly and easily download a patient's clinical history as a PDF document (for example, if you want to show a client their patient's clinical history as a PDF document).

1. Select the menu button.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the menu pane.
2. Select Animals.
   ezyVet Go shows the Animals screen.
3. Find and select the applicable patient.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Animal screen.
4. Select Clinical History.
   
5. Select PDF.
   
   ezyVet Go shows the Download PDF Summary dialog box.
6. Select one of the available download methods.
   For example, if you want to show a set of different clinical records, select Split by Consultations.
   
7. If necessary, select other information that the PDF document includes.
   For example, if you want to include file attachments of the patient record, select Imaging and Attachments.
   
8. Select Generate PDF.
