One of the filters that you can use with the Records dashboard tab is the Search Term filter. Use Seach Term to do a keyword search of records.

To do a keyword search with the Search Term filter, select an applicable record type. Then, enter an applicable search keyword, and do a search.

Keyword search shows an example of a keyword search for all product records that include bandage in the product record data (for example, in the product record name).
