Use a signature image file in a document
Practice managers can configure a document template to show a signature in documents that a staff member uses the template to make. Examples of applicable documents include certificates, letters, prescriptions, and clinical summaries.
Make sure that the applicable staff members upload a
signature image file to their ezyVet user account.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Templates.
- Select Document Templates.ezyVet shows the configured document templates of your site.
- Select the applicable document template.ezyVet shows the template editing screen.
- Put the applicable template variable in the document.
Variable Function {UserSignatureImage}Shows the signature image of a person's ezyVet user account. {VetUserSignatureImage}Shows the signature image of the veterinarian when you print a document from a clinical record. - Select Save.
Tip: Do
some tests with the document to make sure that the signature shows with the correct
dimension and location.
