Use a signature image file in a document

Practice managers can configure a document template to show a signature in documents that a staff member uses the template to make. Examples of applicable documents include certificates, letters, prescriptions, and clinical summaries.

Make sure that the applicable staff members upload a signature image file to their ezyVet user account.
To add a template variable that shows a staff signature image in documents, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

  3. Select Document Templates.

    ezyVet shows the configured document templates of your site.
  4. Select the applicable document template.

  5. Put the applicable template variable in the document.

  6. Select Save.
    The Save button
ezyVet shows the applicable signature in documents that a staff member uses the template to make.
Tip: Do some tests with the document to make sure that the signature shows with the correct dimension and location.
