Configure a new appointment type for general meetings

A practice manager can configure an appointment type to not have a mandatory client record, patient record, and clinical record. As a result, staff can make an appointment without these related record types. Staff can use the appointment type for general meetings.

To configure the appointment type, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select Appointment Types.

    ezyVet shows the New Appointment Type screen.
  4. In the Name box, enter a name for the appointment type.

  5. Set Needs a client to NO.

  6. Set Needs a patient to NO.

  7. Set Needs a clinical record to NO.

  8. Make other settings as necessary.
  9. Select Save.
