Make a supplier contact record for the CUBEX integration
A dedicated supplier contact record is necessary for the configuration and correct operation of the CUBEX integration. A practice manager selects the supplier contact record when they configure the CUBEX integration.
- Make sure that a practice manager configured the mandatory information for new contact records
- Make sure that email, mobile, and landline information is not mandatory
- Select Contacts.ezyVet shows the New Contact screen.
- In the Contact Type section, select Business.
- In the Contact Type section, select Supplier.
- In the Business Name box, enter CUBEX.Note: If the Contact Type is Individual, ezyVet does not show the Business Name box.
- In the Type box of the Contact Methods section, select Email if you entered an email address.Note: If you entered a phone number, use the Type box to select the type of phone number.
- Select Save.
