Make a supplier contact record for the CUBEX integration

A dedicated supplier contact record is necessary for the configuration and correct operation of the CUBEX integration. A practice manager selects the supplier contact record when they configure the CUBEX integration.

  • Make sure that a practice manager configured the mandatory information for new contact records
  • Make sure that email, mobile, and landline information is not mandatory
To make a supplier contact record, do this procedure.
  1. Select Contacts.
    The Contacts tab
    ezyVet shows the New Contact screen.
  2. In the Contact Type section, select Business.

  3. In the Contact Type section, select Supplier.

  4. In the Business Name box, enter CUBEX.

    Note: If the Contact Type is Individual, ezyVet does not show the Business Name box.
  5. In the Type box of the Contact Methods section, select Email if you entered an email address.

    Note: If you entered a phone number, use the Type box to select the type of phone number.
  6. Select Save.

ezyVet has a configured supplier contact record for the CUBEX integration.
