Export ezyVet user account data for CUBEX configuration

To complete the configuration of the CUBEX integration, you must send CSV files to CUBEX customer support. One of the CSV files has data about ezyVet user accounts that is necessary for correct sync with CUBEX.

To export the CSV file, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. Select Record Import/Export.

    Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Record Import/Export command, make sure that your user account has the Administration > Product > Importer permission.
  4. Select Users.

  5. Select GET CSV OF ALL RECORDS.

Your web browser downloads the CSV file that has the necessary user account data. Send the file to interfaces@cubex.biz.
