After you prepare an estimate for a patient's clinical condition, you can send an insurance pre-approval to Trupanion. The insurance pre-approval has the information of the estimate. Trupanion uses the insurance pre-approval information to made a decision about if they will give coverage for the costs given in the estimate.

1. Do a check of the estimate information and make sure that it is correct.
2. Select SEND PRE-APPROVAL.
   
   ezyVet shows the Send pre-approval request dialog box.
3. Use the Condition box to select the applicable clinical condition of the patient.
   
   Note: The Conditions box shows the configured master problems of your site.

   Note: To add one more condition, select the plus button that is adjacent to Animal Conditions:
   
   
4. If necessary, use the Remarks box to enter more information about the clinical condition.
   
5. Do a check of the remaining information.
6. Select SEND PRE-APPROVAL.
   
   ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
