The Insurance Offers section shows information that includes:

• The name of each Trupanion Exam Day Offer
• The staff member who sent information to Trupanion

The Insurance Offers section has a Clinic Offer column and a Status column. The Clinic Offer column shows if a client gave approval to send their insurance eligibility information to Trupanion. This table gives each status that can show in Clinic Offer column:

Status	Information
Accepted	The patient owner gave approval to send their insurance eligibility information to Trupanion.
Declined	The patient owner did not give approval to send their insurance eligibility information to Trupanion.

The Status column shows:

• The condition of related data after a client gave approval to send their insurance eligibility information to Trupanion
• The condition of related data after a client did not give approval to send their insurance eligibility information to Trupanion

This table gives each status that can show in Status column:

Status	Information
Pending	ezyVet sent insurance eligibility information about the patient to Trupanion. Trupanion will make a decision if the patient is eligible to receive an Exam Day Offer from Trupanion.
Eligible	Trupanion made the decision that the patient is eligible to receive an Exam Day Offer. As a result, the patient can activate the Exam Day Offer for thirty days of insurance. Trupanion will send the Exam Day Offer to the patient owner.
Offer Accepted	The patient owner activated the Exam Day Offer. The patient has an initial 30 days of coverage from Trupanion.
Offer Declined	The patient owner did not activate the Exam Day Offer. Thus, the patient does not have coverage from Trupanion.
Offer Converted	The patient owner enrolled in a full insurance policy from Trupanion for their patient. Thus, the patient has Trupanion coverage until canceled.
No Response / Error	There is a data problem between ezyVet and Trupanion’s systems.
