To know if a patient is eligible for insurance, Trupanion must have insurance eligibility information about the patient. If Trupanion makes a decision that the patient is eligible, Trupanion sends an Exam Day Offer to the client.

1. Select Dashboard.
   
2. Select Calendar.
   
   ezyVet shows the calendar.
3. Find the applicable appointment in the calendar.
4. Right-click the appointment and select Insurance Offers > Trupanion > Exam Day Offer.
   
   ezyVet automatically shows a Trupanion Exam Day Offer dialog box. The dialog box shown is related to how much applicable data that the patient record has.
5. Enter the information that each dialog box tells you to enter, then select Send.
   ezyVet shows a confirmation message.
