After you make a calendar appointment, you can use the appointment to quickly and easily send insurance eligibility information to Trupanion.

Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured integration for Trupanion
Make sure that a practice manager configured the Trupanion integration to use the applicable appointment types and appointment statuses for Exam Day Offers
Make sure that you know about the different Trupanion Exam Day Offer dialog boxes that ezyVet could show after you save an appointment

To send the information, do this procedure.

Select Dashboard.
Select Calendar.
ezyVet shows the calendar.
Select the applicable area in the calendar to make an appointment.
ezyVet shows the New Appointment screen.
Set Appointment Type and Appointment Status to settings that the Trupanion integration uses for Exam Day Offers.
Make other appointment settings as necessary.
Select Save & Close.
ezyVet automatically shows a Trupanion Exam Day Offer dialog box. The dialog box shown is related to how much applicable data that the patient record has.
Enter the information that each dialog box tells you to enter, then select Send.

ezyVet sends insurance eligibility information to Trupanion.
