Before staff can use VetChip with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the VetChip integration.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Integration.
   
   ezyVet shows the New Integration Setting screen.
3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.
   
4. In the Partner box, select Vetchip.
   
5. Select Save.
   
6. In the Scopes section, select the applicable scopes.
   Note: The applicable scopes are:

   • read-animal
   • read-contact
   • read-sex
   • read-species
   • read-breed
   • read-animalcolour
   • read-consult
   • write-consult
   • write-healthstatus
   
7. Select Save.
   
8. Select Download Credentials.
   
   ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
9. Send the text file to your VetChip client manager.
