Statuses of referrals from rVetLink
Each referral that ezyVet receives from rVetLink has a status that identifies information about the referral.
You can use the Status options of the eReferrals dashboard tab to only show referrals with a specified status.
To manually change a referral status, use the pencil button in the Options column of the applicable referral.
This table gives each status and the information that it identifies:
| Status | Information that it identifies |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your staff did not approve the referral |
| In Progress | Your staff made an appointment for the applicable patient |
| Complete | The applicable patient had an appointment at your practice |
