The supplier contact record of a standard product supplier integration
Each standard product supplier integration that a practice manager configures must have a dedicated supplier contact record.
A supplier contact record has a Prices Based On setting. The setting is in the Supplier Options section of the Supplied tab of the contact record:
The documentation to configure an applicable integration will tell you if it is necessary to set Prices Based On to Outer or Units for the supplier contact record.
