After a practice manager configures a product supplier integration, they can add products of the product supplier to ezyVet directly.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Products.
   
   ezyVet shows a New Product screen.
3. Select Lookup Product.
   
   ezyVet shows the Add Product(s) from Integration Supplier dialog box.
4. In the Supplier box, select the applicable integrated supplier.
   
5. Enter the applicable product category, product code, or product name to use for the search.
   
   Note: Use these boxes to select or enter the information:

   • Supplier Product Category
   • Supplier Code
   • Supplier Prod. Name

   Note: The Supplier Code box is for the product code of the supplier’s products.

   Note: To find products, it is not necessary to select or enter all the information. For example, you can select a product category but not enter a product code.
6. If it is necessary to set the default values and settings of many products at the same time, use the settings in the Product Setting Defaults section.
   
   Note: For example, you can select a tax rate or department for many products.
7. Select SEARCH.
   
   ezyVet shows the search results from the product supplier:
   
   
8. Select the applicable products to add to ezyVet.
9. If necessary, change the available properties of each product.
   Note: For example, you can:

   • Select a different tax rate
   • Select a different product group
   • Change the markup

   Note: The available settings to change the properties are the same as in the Product Setting Defaults section of step 6.
10. To add a product, select ADD.

11. Close the Add Product(s) from Integration Supplier dialog box.
