Sync diagnostic product records of Zoetis point-of-care diagnostics to SmartFlow

If your organization uses SmartFlow and you configured the integration for Zoetis point-of-care diagnostics, it is necessary to sync diagnostic product records of the integration to SmartFlow. As a result, invoicing between SmartFlow and ezyVet operates correctly.

Make sure that a practice manager configured the integration for Zoetis point-of-care diagnostics
Go to the settings of the integration for Zoetis point-of-care diagnostics and record the prefix text that shows in the Prefix for Codes box

To sync the records, do this procedure.

Select Dashboard.
Select Records.
ezyVet shows the Records screen.
Set Record Type to Product.
In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.
Set the filter to Code(*For Wildcard).
In the box of the filter, enter the applicable Prefix for Codes text and follow it with *
If the applicable Prefix for Codes text is ZPOC_, enter ZPOC_*
Select Show Records.
Select the applicable diagnostic test records.
In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

Note: To change all records of the search results, select All. To change only the records that you select, select Selected.
In the Action list, select Sync with electronic treatment sheet.
Select Action.
ezyVet shows a Sync with electronic sheet pop-up window.
Select Set products to sync with electronic treatment sheet.
ezyVet shows a confirmation message.
