Legacy VETSCAN FUSE integration: Prepare to disable legacy diagnostic tests

To change to the new integration for Zoetis point-of-care diagnostics, a practice manager must prepare diagnostic tests of the legacy VETSCAN FUSE integration for removal. The first steps to prepare are to change the prefix test for legacy diagnostics and to record the name of a supplier contact record.

Note: This procedure is only applicable if you want to change from the legacy VETSCAN FUSE integration to the new integration for Zoetis point-of-care diagnostics. For more information, refer to Steps to change from the legacy VETSCAN FUSE integration to Zoetis point-of-care-diagnostics.
To prepare the tests, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Integration.
The Integration setting in the settings list
  3. In the left sidebar, find and select the legacy configured integration for VETSCAN FUSE.
    ezyVet shows the integration settings.
  4. Replace the text that shows in the Prefix for Codes box with LEGACY FUSE TESTS
    The Prefix for Codes box
  5. In the Auto-update settings section, set Update products for supplied diagnostics to YES.
  6. Select Save.

  7. Select Update Diagnostic List.
    The Update Diagnostic List button
ezyVet shows an Update Diagnostic List dialog box.
  8. In the Supplier box, record the name of the supplier contact record that shows.
For example, if Supplier shows 200571 - Abaxis Fuse, write 200571 - Abaxis Fuse on some paper or in a text file:

The tests are prepared.
