IDEXX Telemedicine information shown in ezyVet clinical records
A diagnostic interpretation request shows as an entry in the Diagnostic Interpretation Request section of an ezyVet clinical record. An entry for IDEXX Telemedicine shows different information compared to entries of other diagnostic interpretation suppliers.

Request statuses
This table gives information about each status that can show in ezyVet for an interpretation request of IDEXX Telemedicine:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| New | A staff member sent a diagnostic interpretation request from ezyVet to IDEXX Telemedicine. If necessary, they can make changes to the interpretation request in ezyVet. |
| Ready to Submit | ezyVet received diagnostic imaging results as DICOM images from IDEXX Web PACS. ezyVet schedules an automatic sync of the same imaging results to VetMedStat. |
| Submitted | VetMedStat received imaging results as DICOM images from ezyVet. The interpretation case is prepared for a specialist to open it in IDEXX VetMedStat. As a result, ezyVet locks the interpretation request and staff cannot made changes to it. |
| In Progress | A specialist started an analysis of the case. |
| Reported | The specialist completed their analysis and a related report. ezyVet syncs the report to the applicable diagnostic result in ezyVet. Note: If ezyVet does not have a diagnostic result record to sync a report to, ezyVet:

| Cancelled | A specialist canceled the interpretation request. |
| Incomplete Case | A specialist made a decision that the case is not completed. |
