AVA and ezyVet: Basic workflow
To use AVA with ezyVet correctly, it is important to know the basic workflow.
This table shows each step for a basic workflow and information about the step:

1 | A client contacts the practice and speaks to AVA. Because ezyVet and AVA sync client information, AVA speaks to the client to make sure that they are not a different person. |
2 | The client tells AVA that they want to make an appointment. Because ezyVet and AVA sync schedule information, AVA makes an appointment at a time that the client wants. AVA also tries to make the appointment with the staff member that the client wants. |
3 | Because ezyVet and AVA sync patient information, AVA gives the client vaccination reminders. Then, AVA tells the client that they can do the vaccinations in the same appointment if they want. If the client wants to, AVA adds the vaccination to the appointment. |
4 | AVA syncs the appointment to ezyVet. The ezyVet calendar shows the synced appointment. |
5 | You confirm the appointment. Because ezyVet and AVA sync client information, AVA sends a message to the client that contains the appointment details. |
