About the AVA integration

AVA is a client communication and appointments tool. AVA uses AI voice and automation to make it easy for clients to schedule appointments.

AVA includes these features:

AVA Scheduler	A tool that you add to your website that clients use to make appointments
AVA Outbound	A tool that tries to contact clients who used your organization, but do not use it at this time

When clients make a phone call to your practice, they do not wait to speak to you

Note: The AVA integration is only available in the United States.

The AVA integration and client communication

The AVA integration makes it easy for clients to contact your organization. For example:

ezyVet automatically syncs client information to AVA	AVA knows who clients are when they contact your organization
ezyVet automatically syncs patient information to AVA	AVA gives clients necessary clinical information. For example, AVA gives clients reminders for vaccinations or prescription refills.
ezyVet and AVA sync appointment information	AVA tells clients when they can schedule an appointment. When a client uses AVA to schedule an appointment, AVA sends the appointment data to ezyVet.
AVA knows when a client or patient is new	ezyVet makes a new record for the patient or client.

Note: To use AVA, your practice must have a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system.
