Configure clinical record properties for the Otto Flow integration

Before a practice manager configures the Otto Flow integration for ezyVet, they must configure the applicable clinical record properties. The properties configuration is necessary for the correct operation of the Otto Flow integration.

To do the configuration, do this procedure.

Note: The result of this procedure is that it is not mandatory for a clinical record to have a related appointment record. Thus, this procedure could change how staff do clinical and appointment tasks with ezyVet.

Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Settings.
Select Record Properties.
Select Properties: Clinical Record.
ezyVet shows the properties of clinical records.
Clear the Compulsory checkbox that is adjacent to the Appointment setting.
Select Save.
