Configure the Otto Flow integration

Before staff can use Otto Flow features in ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the integration.

Do the procedure given in Configure clinical record properties for the Otto Flow integration
Make sure that you have an Otto Flow account

Note: To sign up for a Otto Flow account, go to otto.vet/sign-up.

To configure the integration, do this procedure.

Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Integration.
ezyVet shows the New Integration Setting screen.
In the Integration box, select API Partner.
In the Partner box, select Otto Flow.
Select Save.
In the Scopes section, select Select All.
Select Save.
Select Download Credentials.
ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
Send the text file to CSM@otto.vet.
