Activate automatic appointment messages
Messages that Vello can automatically send to clients include appointment confirmation messages and appointment reminder messages.
Note: After you complete this procedure, Vello does not automatically send appointment messages for end-of-life appointments.
- In the left sidebar, select Reminders & Follow-Up, then select Appointment Reminders. Vello shows an Appointment Reminders screen.
- Set Pre-Appointment Communications to Enable.
- Select Publish Changes.
