Add a pet in your practice's client portal

If your pet does not show in your practice's client portal, you can add them directly. As a result, your practice receives the pet information.

Note: If the client portal does not show the Manage Pets section in step 3 , it is not possible to add a pet directly. Contact your practice to add a pet.
To add a pet, do this procedure.
  1. Sign in to your practice's client portal.
  2. Select the cog button.
  3. In the Manage Pets section, select Add a New Pet.

    Note: If you think your practice has your pet information, contact them before you add a pet.
  4. Select Continue to Add New Pet.
  5. In the Add New Pet screen, enter your pet's information.
    Note: You must enter information in all of the boxes shown.
  6. Select Save.
The client portal and your practice has the pet information.
Note: As an alternative to this procedure, you can select Book Appointment in the client portal. Then, you can add a pet and make an appointment for them at the same time.
