Add, change, or remove pet photos

You can make changes to pet photos that your account in the Vello client portal shows.

To make photo changes, do this procedure.

Sign in to the client portal.
In the My Pets section, select the applicable pet.
Vello shows a Pet Information screen.
Selects the vertical ellipsis ( ⋮ ), then select Choose photo from library or Remove current photo as applicable.

The photo is added, changed or removed.
