Make changes to your pet names

Use the Vello client portal to easily make changes to your pet names (for example, if a pet name has incorrect spelling).

Note: You can use the client portal to change a pet name only if your practice made name changes available. If the client portal does not show Update Pet Information in step 3, contact your practice to make the change.
To make changes, do this procedure.
  1. Sign in to your practice's client portal.
  2. In the My Pets section, select the applicable pet.

  3. Select Update Pet Information.

  4. In the Pet Name box, enter a name.
  5. Select Save Changes.

The name is changed.
Note: If the client portal does not show the changes immediately, wait approximately five minutes.
