After you complete a consultation recording, the AI-Assisted Notes feature automatically makes written SOAP notes that you can approve.

1. Select Clinical.
   
   The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable clinical record.
   ezyVet shows settings and information of the clinical record.
3. Select AI-Assisted Notes.
   
4. Select I have consent from all the applicable persons to record.
   Note: If the clinical record has recordings that you previously made with the AI-Assisted Notes feature, select New recording. Then continue from step 6 of this procedure.
5. Select Start recording.
   
6. When applicable, select Done.
   ezyVet shows a waveform view of the recording:
   
   
7. Select Review notes.
   
   ezyVet automatically makes a written SOAP note from the recording.
8. Examine the note and make corrections and changes as necessary.
9. When the SOAP note is accurate, select Add to notes.
   
   ezyVet syncs the note to the clinical record.

   Note: After the sync, you cannot make changes to the notes as shown in the AI-Assisted Notes sidebar. But you can make changes to the notes as shown in the clinical record.
10. To make more recordings for the notes, select New recording, then do steps 6 thru 9 as necessary.
    
11. When you are sure that you are done, select Mark as complete.
    
    Note: If you select Add to notes for the all of the SOAP notes, ezyVet automatically sets the notes as completed.
