ezyVet version 44.6 is available from March 24, 2026.
New
Records dashboard tab: You can use the new Payment Amount filter to find payments in the Records dashboard tab. The Payment Amount filter has a payment quantity box that accepts a maximum of two decimal places. You can also use mathematical comparison settings to find the applicable payments. For example, you can use > in the Payment Amount filter to find payment records with a quantity of more than $99.99.

Previously, you could select them. As a result, ezyVet showed this error message when you tried to send an e-claim from ezyVet: GapOnly claim system is not available
Other changes
ezyVet version 44.6 removes the EFT tab from the left sidebar of the Financials tab because it has no function.
If a practice manager did not complete species and breed mapping for a standard diagnostics integration (SDI), ezyVet automatically adds the applicable information to a diagnostic test request. As a result, the diagnostics supplier has more information to do accurate tests.
CareCredit integration: In the Financial tab of a client contact record, you cannot select the checkboxes adjacent to each payment in the Pending Transactions table because they have no function.
Antech SDI: When you send a diagnostic test request, it is mandatory to include a patient's weight information.
The calendar has better performance and shows large numbers of appointments more quickly.
ezyVet selects the batch with the first expiration date
- If more than one batch has the same expiration date, ezyVet selects the batch with the lowest quantity
- If more than one batch has the same expiration date and quantity, ezyVet selects the batch with the lowest batch ID number
Fix for Easy Clinical Notes (pilot feature)
- The clinical record that has the SOAP notes also has a related invoice
- The invoice is approved
Previously, you could change the date and time.
Other fixes
Centralized inheritance and wellness plans: If you make changes to a wellness plan benefit in a central site, ezyVet correctly syncs the changes to applicable inherited sites. Previously, ezyVet did not sync the changes.
- You select a picklist item with lowercase letters
- You select Capitalize
Previously, if you selected Capitalize, ezyVet removed picklist items with lowercase letters.
E-claims that ezyVet sends to insurance companies have correct date information. Previously, some dates were missing.
Standard PACS integrations (SPI) do not use deactivated species or breed mapping. Previously, if you deactivated species or breed mapping for an SPI, the SPI continued to use the deactivated mapping.
PetSure integration: You can add a patient condition to a PetSure e-claim and send the e-claim. It is not necessary to save the e-claim first. Previously, if you tried to send the e-claim before you saved it, ezyVet did not send it and showed an error message.
ezyVet version 44.6 has security fixes to make sure that only approved persons can get access to invoicing data.
