Other changes
American Society for Automation in Pharmacy version of the Controlled Drug report: If a product name uses different letter cases (for example, mL or ML), the Drug Dosage Units Code (DSP11) column of the report shows the applicable code. Previously, ezyVet did a case-sensitive search of product names to sync codes to the column. As a result, some codes did not show in the column.
Fixes: Easy Clinical Notes pilot feature
Clinical templates that you add to a clinical record show the correct output. Previously, the template output incorrectly showed #PICKLIST# text and lines of unwanted characters with a yellow color.
ezyVet does not show an unwanted Invalid string length error message when you add notes to clinical records.
If you use Safari as your web browser, bold formatting in a clinical template picklist shows correctly. Previously, the picklist incorrectly showed ** characters.
If the answer to a question shows one more question, the second question does not show unwanted ' characters. Previously, the second question incorrectly showed ' characters.
You can select Tab as a shortcut to go to the different areas of a clinical record. Previously, if you selected Tab, ezyVet incorrectly added list items to text boxes in the clinical record.
After you make a picklist selection and enter text, ezyVet correctly saves the text. Previously, ezyVet did not save the text.
If you configure a shorthand text item to use a picklist, the picklist shows correctly when you use the text item in a clinical record. Previously, the picklist did not show correctly unless you selected a different area of the screen or refreshed the record tab.
If you configure a picklist to add products to an invoice, the picklist adds products that have _ * and ~ characters in the product code. Previously, the picklist did not add products that had the characters.
Shorthand text operates correctly in clinical notes. Previously, if you entered a character directly after the shorthand text, other pieces of shorthand text in the note did not operate.
When you select a clinical template that includes a picklist to enter clinical notes with, ezyVet adds the template content to the notes one time. Previously, ezyVet incorrectly added the template content two times.
Fix: Automated report settings
- You set Repeating Method to Repeating
- You enter a Run every value of 0 or less
Previously, ezyVet incorrectly let you save the report with the settings. As a result, ezyVet made many unwanted reports that caused performance problems.
Fix: Today button in ezyVet calendar
- Select a different month or year
- Select Today
Other fixes
Windcave and PayJunction terminal payment integration: If you configured surcharges of a payment integration for a part of ezyVet (for example, a business unit), the Surcharge setting does not show in all parts of ezyVet. Previously, if you signed in to a different part of ezyVet (for example, a different business unit or department), ezyVet showed the Surcharge setting in the system settings of payment methods.
Clinical records: If you select the PDF icon that shows in a diagnostic result entry, ezyVet correctly opens or downloads the applicable PDF document. Previously, ezyVet did not open or download it.
Xero integration: ezyVet only syncs approved and received invoices to Xero. Previously, if an invoice's status changed from Approved to Unapproved, ezyVet could sync the unapproved invoice to Xero.
The horizontal ellipsis ( ⋯ ) that you use to show ezyVet tabs shows correctly. Previously, the ellipsis was missing. For more information, refer to Show and hide tabs and change their sequence.
Diagnostic interpretation requests: When you make an interpretation request in a diagnostic request or a diagnostic result, you can add an addendum. Previously, ezyVet did not let you add an addendum.
The Unbilled Consult Appointments report correctly shows all applicable appointments in its output. Previously, the report output was missing appointments for some of the appointment statuses that you selected with the report settings.
