ezyVet shows Warning: Storing card information after you save a payment record
Do this troubleshooting if you save a payment record and ezyVet shows this message: Warning: Storing card information is a major security risk. Remove any card information from the record or contact ezyVet support if you require assistance.
ezyVet thinks that you entered card information
ezyVet senses when you enter numbers with the same format as card information in these areas of a payment record:
- The Comments box
- The Details box
As a result, ezyVet shows a warning message when you save the record. This table shows the number formats that cause ezyVet to show the message:

Remove the card information, then save the payment record
Important: For security, do not enter card information in the Comments or Details boxes (for example, a card number or CVV).
