Permanently deactivate surcharges for a payment method
A practice manager can permanently deactivate the ezyVet surcharge function for a payment method.
Note: The ezyVet surcharge function is not compatible with surcharges for PayJunction or Windcave. Thus, if you use the surcharge feature for PayJunction or Windcave, you must complete this procedure for each payment method that uses PayJunction or Windcave.
To activate the surcharge feature for PayJunction or Windcave, contact customer support for PayJunction or Windcave.
Note: After you deactivate surcharges for a payment method, ezyVet removes the Surcharge setting from the payment method screen.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Financial.
- Select Payment Methods.
- Set Surcharge to NO.
- Select Save.ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
