Set the cash rounding quantity
A practice manager can configure the rounding quantity in the Lowest Cash Denomination box. ezyVet rounds each cash payment up or down to the nearest Lowest Cash Denomination.
Do the procedure given in Configure rounding for cash payments.
Note: The rounding quantity does not change how ezyVet rounds an invoice total.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Financial.
- Select Financial Settings.
- Select Payments.
- In the Lowest Cash Denomination box, enter the lowest change your practice can give.Practices in the United States can use cash rounding to the nearest 5 cents (the lowest cash denomination available). Enter 0.05 for 5 cents.
